First Great Western (FGW) Class 180 ‘Adelante’ unit no. 180104 looks a little out of place amid the Victorian architecture at Hereford on 7 April 2006 as it waits to depart with the 1134 service to London Paddington. FGW are taking their 'Adelante' units out of service by April 2008 when their final refurbished HST is delivered. However, Hull Trains are set to employ two 'Adelante' units from January 2008 to cover for the loss of Class 222/1 unit no. 222103 damaged in an accident at Crofton. |
